MACAW's Vision:

• Develop a varied volunteer pool, including seniors, to act as facilitators, greeters, consultants, advisors, etc. ​in partnership with other community organizations. 

• Support collaborative and inclusive community projects based on the performing and creative arts and wellness activities, with an intergenerational approach.

• Focus on seniors’ wellness and engagement in the programs.
